Magic is hard work.
None of the things you see in the movies are real. There's no such thing as instantaneous results in my experience. But...the hard work is rewarding. You do get results for what you put into it IF God decides what you're asking for is good for you. It really makes you take a deeper look at your beliefs and can help you grow in your faith. Me, I'm a trad Roman Catholic. And all this working has drawn me much closer to the saints and my HGA. And I have to admit, part of me just loves playing with all the candles, oils, suffumagations, and anything else I can use. It keeps alive in you the sense of wonder and child-like innocence. Those things alone are enough to recommend the practice to others.
